This function allows you to remove a top-level page. Note that the page is not actually removed from the databsae. It may be attached as a subpage to another page, effectively moving it to a different location.
Use the "More Tools" pull-down and choose Remove Page.
This function appears only in a top-level page, i.e. a page that appears in the left margin. To remove other pages, find the page on which they are located and use the "Remove" option of the "Edit" dialog.
To attach a page you have removed to another page, use "Add subpage" with the "Choose Existing Page" option. To put a page you have removed back in the left margin, use the "Choose Existing Page" option on "Add More Pages."
